Returns

We stand behind every piece. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free exchange within 7 days of delivery — just reach out with a photo and your order number.

Since each item is made to order in small batches, we're not able to accept returns for reasons like a change of mind, but if anything about your set doesn't feel right, tell us and we'll sort it out.

Yes. Every piece is designed from scratch, in-house — never a template, never someone else's file from a public marketplace. If you're holding a Kuma Labs piece, it doesn't exist anywhere else.
