Every Kuma Labs product is made to order — 3D printed by hand in Canada, just for you. Because each piece is printed fresh, please allow a little extra time for us to get your order just right.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and printed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside of Canada — including to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Australia — may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes assessed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, are not included in your order total, and are collected on delivery rather than at checkout.
