Every Kuma Labs Pocket Comfort Object is made to order — 3D printed by hand in Canada, just for you. Because each piece is printed fresh, please allow a little extra time for us to get your order just right.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and printed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date.
Customs & Duties (US Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
