A Pocket Comfort Object is a small, tactile piece designed to bring a little calm to your day. Each one fits in your palm, clicks satisfyingly when pressed, and is made to sit on your desk, slip into your bag, or just be the thing you reach for when your mind needs a moment. Think of it as a tiny cozy companion — 3D printed in Canada, designed with intention.

Where are Kuma Labs products made?

Every Pocket Comfort Object is 3D printed in Canada by us — designed, printed, and assembled in-house. We don't outsource production, which means every piece goes through our hands before it reaches yours.

How long does shipping take?

Since each product is made to order, please allow 1–3 business days for printing and processing. After that, shipping typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes! We ship to both Canada and the United States. Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over $65 CAD and US orders over $100 CAD. US orders may be subject to customs fees upon arrival.

What is your exchange policy?

Because each piece is made to order, we don't offer returns — but we do offer exchanges. If something arrives damaged or there's a defect, reach out to us at kumalabsco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out right away.

How do I care for my Pocket Comfort Object?

Keep it dry and away from extreme heat (no leaving it in a hot car!). Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. The click mechanism is designed for everyday use — press away.

Can I collect multiple designs?

Absolutely — that's the idea. Each Pocket Comfort Object is part of the growing Kuma Labs collection. We regularly release new designs, so there's always something new to add to your little world. Collect them all.

Are these good as gifts?

One of the best. They're small, thoughtful, beautifully packaged, and a little unexpected — perfect for the cozy aesthetic lover, the desk dweller, or anyone who just needs a satisfying little thing in their life.
